About Our Meat CSA
We started our meat CSA in the spring of 2019. We thought a CSA share program was a great way to share our delicious high quality locally raised meat with the community. We are pleased five years later we are full steam ahead on making our share program the best it can be for the needs of our community.
Our CSA is a combined effort of Cayuga Sunrise Farm and Wideawake Ranch. We each own some of the livestock that are raised together. We do not certify our livestock as organic however they are raised naturally with NO antibiotics, hormones or GMO grains. Our CSA is offering a beef share, pork share, or a beef-pork combo share. Our meat is processed and packaged at a local USDA inspected facility.

Pick-ups will be at our farm, 9737 Rt. 96, directly across the road from Sweet Land Farm in the old milk house (White building attached to the barn).
First summer share pick up will be Friday, 5/17 all day, with meet and great scheduled, hours coming soon. For the convenience of everyone we have a designated freezer for our CSA Shareholders, all members shares are placed in the freezer the morning of pick up day and can be picked up throughout the day.
Meat Shares will be distributed once a month for 6 months. Pay monthly upon pick up or pay up front and receive discount from the total. Pick up days for the Summer CSA will be every third Friday of each month starting in May. If the regular pick up date does not work into your schedule we are flexible and allow you to pick up any time after the scheduled pick up date.

What you may see in your CSA Share:

Beef: Ground beef, hamburger patties, a variety of steaks, roasts, kebab meat.
Pork: Ground pork, sausage(breakfast, mild, zesty, hot), links, steaks, pork chops, ribs, roasts, bacon.

We try to give your share as much variety as we can throughout the CSA season.

We have had some of the best steaks, pork chops, sausage, etc that we have ever had!! The quality and the taste is amazing. BTW your popcorn is delicious too!
